Kailua Beach Park is located just east of Kailua town center. We practice on the north side of the Kailua River.
The windward side of the island can get breezy in the evening hours, so considering bringing a jacket or a blanket.
Come ready with mat, sunscreen, water, and anything else to feel comfortable.
