Come join us for a group class at our home location - Kaimuki. A colorful corner of O’ahu, where old school Hawai’i meets a young creative energy. A small town in the Big Town, you are walking distance from restaurants, shops, and local favorites.

Waialae Beach Park - spacious, green, ocean view.

This location does not offer much shade, so make sure to come prepared with sunscreen, sunglasses, and other sun protection.

As per O’ahu Flow’s commitment to accessibility, there is free street parking located nearby and a small lot next to the park.

Class may be cancelled due to severe weather. In the case of cancellation, all students will get a test or email.
