In a Prenatal session we combine traditional yoga and evidence perinatal birth techniques to manage the physical, mental, and emotional changes during pregnancy. We provide a safe practices for you to continue physical activity, while alievating pregnancy discomforts, and promoting overall wellbeing.

Why not a traditional Yoga Class?

During a Prenatal Session, the teacher will customize the practice to your needs and unique pregnancy experience. We will engage in conversation, asking specifically what you need out of class that day. We create an environment that encourages students to strengthen their innate bodily intuition by tuning into their sensations, aches and pains, and emotional needs. .

Building Community

In our group Prenatal Yoga classes, students introduce themselves and share common pregnancy experiences, aches, and emotions. This builds a supportive community where expecting parents feel seen, understood, and less alone. Partners or support persons are also welcome to join, deepening your connection to your ‘ohana and helping them better support your journey.
