Prenatal Yoga

Personalized, nurturing sessions designed to support your body and mind throughout pregnancy. These one-on-one classes focus on breath, gentle movement, and preparation for birth—honoring your pace, your needs, and this unique season of life.

As part of this personalized experience, you’ll also receive supplementary guidance to help you integrate prenatal yoga concepts into your daily routine, empowering you to move with confidence and care throughout your pregnancy.

Prenatal sessions are held in the comfort of a location of your choice. We encourage to find a space that you feel relaxed, and is ideally private. Partners or a support person is welcome to join the session to learn how to better support you through your pregnancy.

These sessions are offered individually, or in bundles to more specific support throughout the different the stages of your pregnancy.
